“Sierra Hollister is one of my favorite yoga teachers and my awe for her is refreshed with this beautiful, beautiful book. Moon Path Yoga manages to be accessible, non-intimidating for the novice while also brimming with wisdom for teachers. It affirms the connection that I, along with my daughters, have always felt to the moon. In wedding the moon with yoga, Sierra has created an enduring gift – reminding us that yoga is not about youth or physical prowess but instead living and aging with grace, with both the bliss and clarity when we stay connected to earth, moon, and each other.”—Andie McDowell, actress

“Moon Path Yoga is a reminder of the old and wise medicine the moon offers. The ancient teachings of the moon and how it lives inside us are brought forth through words, movement, flow, meditations, mudra, mantra, and more. Sierra Hollister has created a guide for those of us who identify as women to honor the moon and her cycles and for us all to return the energy of the divine feminine-soft, powerful, waxing, and waning. Moon Path Yoga is a prayer for us to remember the relationship between darkness and lightness. It calls us into remembering to allow the moon to guide us as we create and traverse a pathway towards freedom.”—Michelle Cassandra Johnson, author of Finding Refuge and Skill in Action
